Conquering Our Internal Conflicts

There are ways to conquer our internal conflicts, but it is not that easy.We need to identify the cause of our problems, we need to dig a little deeper, to our experiences, traumatic memories, and events that defined who we are to day, we need to reflect, open our minds and our hearts , so that we can resolve the internal problem that we have.
10 ways to deal with internal conflict
#1 Don't Ignore the things that are bothering you,pushing your
conflicts away will just make it more intense because you are not doing
anything to resolve it
#2 Don't go against in what you believe in, because if you stick on what you believe in , it will help you get back in track from where you started and your inter conflict starts to fade.
#3 Do what you are supposed to do cause if we escape the tasks that we are supposed to do like beliefs, goals and values that is what we called as Procrastinating.
